1. If you wish to cancel your order:

(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2. We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase following receipt of goods. Before you receive the refund we ask that you return the goods you have ordered from us at any time within 30 calendar days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.3. A full refund will be given when the goods have been received. The provisions above do not affect your statutory rights.
1.4 If you have not received your order within 2 months after the order is placed, we will consider it as lost and we resend you a new order or provide full refund.
