How to use

Just 80g (aprox 5 tablespoons) of Buddha’s Awakening with Approx 160mls of hot water (or your favorite type of ‘milk’ such as almond milk) gives a satisfying breakfast. Mix well for about 2 minutes. Why not add fresh banana, berries or Iswari Raw Sprouted Oats? We recommend that you do not cook the breakfast mix in a pan - simply pour on the hot liquid. Can also be added to smoothies for a nutrtional boost. Live life in abundance with gratitude!
